**Discount Exclusions and Conditions:**

1. The 10% discount is applicable only to our new Grass and Overgrowth Cutting service.
2. The discount is valid for one use per customer.
3. The maximum discount amount is $100, applicable to services up to $1,000. Services exceeding this amount will not receive further discount.
4. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
5. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to services already booked or completed.
6. The discount is not exchangeable for cash or other services.
7. The discount is only available for first-time customers.
